Qualifications:

What you should already be really good at: You should know Rails and Ruby inside and out, having built at least a couple of non-trivial Rails production applications. You should have good working knowledge of what makes a fast interface (at the html/css/js level) and underlying application (at the rails/mysql/nginx/linux level).

Our Environment and Tools: Ubuntu, nginx, Passenger, MySQL, Rails 3, Haml, Sass, jQuery, RabbitMQ, RSpec, Cucumber, Git, Basecamp.

Compensation: What you'll get paid: This is a critical hire for us, so this position comes with market salary and significant equity.
