Position Overview:
The primary responsibility is to direct, plan and manage a construction project on-site to be completed ahead of schedule, within budget and in compliance with Company safety and procedural policies.
Job Duties:
- Interact with customers and vendors in a professional manner.
- Oversee a safety culture that meets the requirements of the company safety program.
- Monitor all shipments of site materials, ensure timely deliveries, confirm quality of shipments, and verify quantities.
- Establish communication with all customers to foster repeat and referral business.
- Follow through on all customer complaints or change orders with best practices in mind.
- Serve as a liaison between Wanzek corporate office and job-site.
Requirements:
Minimum of 7+ years experience in a supervisory level required.
