Position Overview 

We are seeking motivated and talented project Site Construction Managers. You will direct and supervise direct field labor and/or Subcontractors on Solaire's project construction sites. You will work closely with the design and
construction team, business development team, project managers and the client.

and compensation. 

Responsibilities 

Provide leadership on our project site: 

  • Assure all personnel on site are following Solaire's safety procedures
  • Assure compliance with our contracts and contract documents
  • Identification of problems, provide solutions and conflict resolution 

Communicate with clients throughout entire process: 

  • Do so in a timely, respectful and professional manner 

Assure projects are built per schedule, per specifications and on budget:

  • Duties as assigned 

Full Construction Administration: 

  • Ownership for the production, organization and coordination of all trades on site
  • Keep all documents well organized in digital and in paper format 

Coordinate with procurement: 

  • Assure all equipment and fabricated material is delivered on time 

Lessons Learned Documents: 

  • Maintain throughout entire project, information includes:
  • Processes, designs and documents that require improvement and/or that are done well and why
  • Suggestions on how to improve and innovate 

Project Follow Up: 

  • Presentation to Solaire Team at end of project
  • Lessons learned, suggestion for improvements 

Communicate with Director of Design and Construction and Project Managers: 

  • Project status, schedule, conflicts and challenges etc... 

Note: Travel will be frequent in California, Arizona and Nevada.

Required Experience: 

  • BS or BA Degree preferred
  • An interest in a long-term role; we hire people who can advance as we grow
  • Software Proficiency: MS Office, MS Project
  • Experienced in reviewing permit, construction and shop drawings
  • Familiar with Outlook
  • Authorization to work in the USA
