Rypos, Inc. develops and manufactures diesel particulate filters for off-road equipment and stationary generator sets as large as 3 MW. Our proprietary filter material is electrically conductive and doubles as a resistive heating element, allowing it to be cleaned by heating it electrically to oxidize the accumulated soot.
We are the only provider of intelligent diesel particulate filter systems designed to work automatically under any engine load and exhaust temperature conditions. Closed-loop, electrically controlled cleaning maintains maximum filter effectiveness at minimum fuel consumption. Unlike other filter technologies, cleaning our filter does not require taking the engine or filter out of service, artificially increasing the engine load, or injecting extra fuel to create high exhaust temperatures, all of which increase life cycle cost and decrease reliability.
Position Overview:
Rypos, Inc. is seeking canidates to fill the position of Sernior Test Engineer. This hands-on position involves working with engines; developing prototypes; and performing testing and data analysis - all with the goal of keeping harmful diesel soot out of the atmosphere.
In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits package, we offer a challenging and inspiring work environment where we value creative thinking, open communication and integrity. We encourage innovation, recognize accomplishments, and reward commitment.
