You will have the opportunity to lead multi-discipline project teams from the concept, final design, construction phases and operations of facilities. Performance measures include project revenue and profitability, quality of staff in that service area, cost of securing work, market place recognition through professional organizations, publications, presentations, and notoriety, and utilization. An advanced degree in civil engineering is desired, and professional registration is required.
Qualifications:
* 7 to 12 years experience in permitting, design and construction of both new plants and modifications to existing wastewater treatment plants for municipal and private clients.
* BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, a MS in Environmental Engineering preferred
* Experience working with municipal and private clients
* Familiar with all types of wastewater treatment processes including nutrient removal, residual management and disposal
* Well versed in Massachusetts and EPA regulations regarding wastewater treatment and disposal and have good relationships with regulators
* Knowledgeable in Massachusetts bidding laws and the SRF program
* Up to date on the latest advances in technology, regulatory trends, equipment and processes
* Excellent verbal and writing skills
* Massachusetts PE license required
