Position Overview:
Osmotron needs someone who may not necessarily have experience in the water purification industry, but has demonstrated they understand how to sell to customers, both residential and commercial, and feels passionate about selling a sustainable drinking water solution. We want someone that is an entrepreneurial hands-on type of person.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the founder to define the target audience and shape the advertising message
- Creating a Sales Road Map that includes a marketing plan and budget
- Establishing Sales Goals
- Establishing Metrics for gauging success
Qualifications:
Requirements include:
- At least 5 years experience in sales; direct selling both to B2B facilities mangers and directly to consumers a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit and track record
- Ability to coordinate and implement a Marketing strategy into sales results
- Understanding of what it means to launch a brand using a "start-up" mentality
- Marketing experience a plus
