EcoPlexus, Inc. is a renewable energy service provider focused on helping multi-tenant properties in California, including low-income residential properties, benefit from solar energy and other renewable technology systems. The company offers a complete set of services including consulting, systems integration, power purchase agreement (PPA) and financing structures, and IT and software services. We have worked with numerous multi-tenant property owners in California as part of the general California Solar Initiative program and recently as part of the Multi-Family Affordable Solar Housing (MASH) program.

EcoPlexus is a rapidly growing solar developer and finance company with offices adjacent to AT&T Park in San Francisco. The Company is currently developing over thirty (30) commercial-scale solar projects in California.          

Position Overview::

Sales Manager/Director (title is flexible) will be responsible for executing sales strategy for identified market segment(s)from prospecting to closing.

We are seeking a motivated and accomplished individual with a strong interest in the Renewable Energy field to assist the Company in developing its business and building its sales pipeline. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment interacting regularly with the Company's senior management. Strong opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 7+ years work experience
  • High degree of motivation, a positive attitude, and strong desire and ability to quickly climb Renewable Energy learning curve
  • Detail oriented with excellent organization and communication skills
  • Experience with sales process with C-Level executives, and strong record of accomplishments
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills
  • Strong financial aptitude
  • Willingness to perform the wide variety of tasks associated with a small, rapidly growing company
