Sales Manager

• We are a new superfood ingredient consumer packaged goods / CPG brand with offices in Los Angeles
• We are world travelers and we have a vertically integrated fruit harvesting supply chain
• We are adding our first employee to help spearhead our new retail branded business

• You are a natural foods junky - You shop at your nearest natural food retail store
• You love exploring new solutions to healthy living

What you're good at:

• You love to make a difference utilizing your experience working in the natural foods industry
• You like to service companies like Whole Foods Market, UNFI and Nature's Best and are knowledgeable working with natural foods brokers
• You are flexible and enjoy a wide variety of projects
• You enjoy utilizing social media and coordinating marketing projects
• You like to sell products that are true to your values
• You love working in a team environment and interacting with other people
• You are very organized and have excellent administrative skills
• You are full of energy, able to multi-task, and able to prioritize

Responsibilities:

What we'll do together:

• Launch a new superfood ingredient brand in the natural foods space
• Occasionally travel to trade shows to support the progress of our brokers and distributors
• Evaluate broker options and roll out into national distributors.
• Create a socially responsible and very successful company.

Qualifications:

• College Degree in Sales/Marketing, Business or other related fields preferred
• 3-5 years of Natural Product Industry Sales experience required
• Familiarity with distributor and broker networks preferred
• Minimum Experience Required: 3 years
• Maximum Experience Required: 10 years

Compensation: DOE - High sales commissions - Possibilities of access to stock options
