Our client is a leading manufacturer and installer of BioDiesel solutions throughout the world. Their biodiesel solutions are modular and can be deployed rapidly since they require only a small amount of space the systems are very flexible and fit most potential customer's needs.
Position Overview:
We are currently helping out client to identify, interview and hire a Sales Executive to join their growing Sales team.
Qualifications:
Our client is looking for the following attributes and qualifications in potential candidates:
Process Driven:
Candidates for this position must have a "process" mentality related to sales. Popular sales styles like Miller Hieman, Solution Selling, Dale Carnegie are methodologies that our client believes in.
Customer Experience:
Our client would like to hire an individual that has experience selling to:
- Entrepreneurs - (These have long funding cycles, must know how to ask the right questions)
- Larger Organizations - (Sophisticated buyers, buying patterns are different, making money is important)
- Agriculturally Based Organizations - (Farming Coops, Fuel Distribution Companies, etc.)
Belief In Renewable Fuels:
Our client is sincerely interested in individuals that share their drive and commitment for the renewable fuel industry. They are not just in the business to make money, but also to impact our county and environment by providing cleaner, cheaper, and more accessible fuels.
Compensation: Salary: 90K+
