Position Overview

We are seeking a full time retail sales professional for our Brooklyn retail store. This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable retail professional with an entrepreneurial spirit looking to establish clientele and grow our brand. You will be joining a driven, passionate team and should consider yourself the same!

Responsibilities  

Key job responsibilities include: 

• Maintenance of inventory and management of retail POS system, including checking in merchandise, entering data and all reporting
• Merchandising of store layout including daily presentation of jewelry
• Selling and interacting with customers while maintaining brand integrity
• Developing relationships with customers and strong clientele building
• Developing and executing marketing plans for the store
• Daily reconciliation of sales and inventory
• Working with a team to reach company goals 

Qualifications  

Requirements for this candidate: 

• 2-5 years luxury/branded retail experience
• Familiarity with brand and jewelry knowledge preferred
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills
• Love of jewelry and fashion
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills
• Quantitative and analytical skills 
• Experience with Microsoft Office 
• Ability to handle customer questions with tact and grace 
• A dynamic and energetic personality
• A strong value system including, but not limited to, honesty, quality and trust
• An interest in growing personally and professionally within a dynamic organization
