Research Associate

Position Overview 

We are currently seeking applicants for the positon of Research Associate. 

Principal Responsibilities 

• Assist Trillium Research Analysts with the completion of sector, industry, and company analyses, such as ESG integrated industry reviews, company recommendation reports, and thematic analysis oriented projects

• Maintain team's resources and systems used to complete analysis and track performance

• Partner in the preparation and running of periodic investment portfolio optimizations

• Complete special projects for Trillium's Investment Management Committee, such as data oriented quantitative/statistical analyses

Qualifications 

Competencies for Success/Requirements 

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Sustainability and CFA Level 2 candidate
• Passionate about research analysis with excellent analysis, quantitative, writing, and communication skills
• Demonstrated interest in environmental, social, and/or corporate governance areas
• Thorough knowledge of and fluency in various valuation techniques, including DCFs
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and working experience with Factset and Bloomberg
• Solid communication skills, including writing and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
• Strong work ethic, high integrity, and respectful of fellow employees
• Prefer candidate with familiarity of computer programming languages, such as R and Mathematic
• Position is located in the firm's Boston office
