an integral role in the investment process, which can lower portfolio risk and
help identify the best-managed companies. The firm manages multiple investment strategies, including All Cap Core,
Fossil Fuel Free, Growth & Income, Large Cap Core, SMID Cap Core, and
Sustainable Opportunities products.                                

Position Overview

The Research Analyst position is responsible for the Information Technology and Telecom sectors.

Principal
Responsibilities

• Research,
  analyze, and recommend publicly traded, alpha generating investments in the
  Information Technology and Telecom sectors to Trillium's Portfolio Managers
• Continually
  analyze the business strategy, operating, financial management, and ESG
  performance of Info Tech and Telecom companies on internal approved company
  list
• Determine,
  monitor, and integrate material ESG opportunities and risks into industry and
  company analyses and recommendations
• Assign
  ratings to all stocks responsible for on internal approved company list
• Communicate
  sector/industry/company views to internal Investment Management Committee
  members, particularly providing updates on companies in existing investment
  strategies and making stock position change recommendations for investment
  strategies
• Maintain
  regular, two-way dialogue with Trillium Advocacy team members on ESG issues
• Contribute
  to projects that help enhance the team's contributions to the firm's investment
  process and productivity
• Participate
  in firm business development opportunities and meetings with existing clients

Qualifications

Competencies for
Success/Requirements

• CFA
  or CFA Level 3 candidate and/or MBA/MSF
• Minimum
  of three years research analysis experience in financial services industry
• Ability
  to identify cyclical, secular, and structural changes in Info Tech and Telecom
  sectors
• Demonstrate
  knowledge of ESG issues in Info Tech and Telecom sectors' various industries
• Productive
  and efficient employee in past professional financial industry work experience
• Thorough
  knowledge of and fluency in various valuation techniques, including DCFs
• Proficient
  in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and working experience with Factset
• Solid
  communication skills, including writing and presentation skills
• Attention
  to detail and ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Strong
  work ethic, high integrity, and strong values
• Willingness
  to travel to attend sector, industry, and company research oriented events
• Position
  is located in the firm's Boston office
