Are you a professional exhausted from feeling like a machine, just pumping out estimate numbers every day of the week? Have you been working for people who cut corners, take you for granted and pay you less than you're years of experience are worth? Are you simply fed up with dysfunctional and toxic company cultures that suck the energy from you - places that treat their employees like disposable labor and don't believe in teamwork or advancement?
Wouldn't you rather be out and about in the community talking with people and solving their very real energy problems?
