Position Overview

ALQIMI Energy is seeking to hire a Renewable Energy
Project Coordinator with a technical background who has the ability to work in a
dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment to implement ALQIMI Energy’s first set
of operational plants. Candidates should be self-starters, entrepreneurial, have
a versatile skillset and be willing to learn quickly and execute efficiently.
 This role will evolve rapidly as the projects progress from development to
construction to operation.
 
Given our current development activities and
portfolio of projects, ALQIMI Energy is poised for rapid growth, which will
enable the Team Lead to assume a significant leadership role and advance
quickly. This individual will have the opportunity to enter a company on the
ground floor and participate in all related benefits as the organization
grows.
 
Responsibilities 

Project
Development: 

• Develop execution strategies with Executive Team and local on-the-ground
  partners regarding project development
• Coordinate development activities between ALQIMI Energy, technology partner,
  and local partner teams
• Track and analyze progress of ALQIMI Energy projects and opportunities in
  India, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, and Hawaii; apprise Executive Team of progress
  and status 

Technical Support: 

• Write proposals, feasibility studies, and reports for projects
• Collaborate with ALQIMI Energy technical lead and technology partner
  regarding plant equipment and engineering
• Respond to queries from various constituencies regarding project development
  and the technology being utilized
• Support Front-End Engineering Design Study 

Financial
Support: 

• Work with project financial models and budgeting models
• Support project finance
  activities 

Marketing: 

• Write and prepare content for power point presentations, white papers, and
  other marketing materials  

Qualifications 

• 3-5 years of experience in project management / development
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or natural science required; Master’s
  degree preferred but not required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel Skills preferred
• Experience in renewable energy field preferred
