Regional Energy Account Manager

Our Client is a Fortune 50 company, and one of the top energy solutions providers in the United States.  We are current searching for an Regional Energy Account Manager to cover Southern CA.  This person is responsible for managing energy savings measurement, reporting and risk containment for projects located within their region.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with sales and operations to develop M&V plans for energy savings guarantees:  

• Understand the various IPMVP (International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocal) Options.
• Use IPMVP and other tools to develop M&V Plans for proposed projects
• Manage Guaranteed Savings Risk for proposed and ongoing performance contracts (PCs).
• Oversee and supervise the generation and presentation of savings reports to the Customer
• Support Sales and Operations in the procurement of New Business
• Customer Service:  Maintain ongoing relationship with PC customers.
• Perform electrical, water and other measurements in support of M&V plan and managing overall risk.
• Track changes to facilities and perform engineering calculations to quantify the impact of those changes.

There is some travel needed, much of it local in out So Cal position, but some will require extended trips - most likely overnights would be less then 20% of the time.
