Position Overview:
As an expanding leader in the renewable energy industry, KR Wind is seeking talented Project Managers. These positions will be based in Dallas, Texas but travel to our various project sites across North America will be required.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, North America, the Project Manager will be an integral member of the Operations team. Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage scope, schedule, budget and safety for all assigned projects
- Actively promote best practices and project management competency
- Analyze project variances and prepare action/recovery plans to mitigate risk
- Ensure all technical guidelines and standards are adhered to and executed according to identified policies and procedures
- Ongoing evaluation of each project, including customer satisfaction; take proactive and corrective action when project schedules are not being met and potential for cost overruns exist
- Liaise and maintain the relationship with clients' project organizations, including closing of completed projects in close cooperation with senior management
- Liaise and negotiate with various sub-contractors and other vendors as required
Qualifications:
The potential candidate will have 5+ years of direct project management experience, preferably in the wind industry, have a track record of delivering successfully in a team environment, and have exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving abilities.
