Project Manager

Ohlhausen DuBois Architects is an award-winning firm with a diverse portfolio including single and multi-family residential, institutional and commercial projects. 

Position Overview: 

Ohlhausen DuBois is seeking an accomplished Project Manager with 8+ years experience, including 6+ years in high-end, modern, residential design and construction. Experience with institutional and not-for-profit work is a plus. Responsibilities will include design, project management and overseeing project teams.

Qualifications: 

Candidate must have:

• Excellent design skills
• Good communication, writing and organizational skills
• Experience managing project teams and client & consultant relationships
• Extensive knowledge of residential construction documentation and administration
• Ability to redline and implement quality control and drawing standards in the office
• Interest in mentoring junior designers and architects
• Excellent AutoCAD skills
• Experience with sustainable design
• Professional registration as an architect
• Strong inclination toward teamwork with an outgoing nature

Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience level.
