The General Services Agency-Technical Services Department of Alameda County is recruiting for a Project Manager. Under direction of the Supervising Architect, this professional level position will manage small to moderate construction projects in terms of size and dollar amount.
Responsibilities include establishing and controlling budgets, schedules, and project scope. This position manages projects from planning through construction phase and warranty period. Compliance with the County's Green Building Ordinance and good sustainable design practices is standard operating procedure.
Position requires five years' full-time, progressively responsible experience in project management in the areas of construction management, design management, architecture or related fields.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical), Architecture, or a closely related field may substitute for two years of required experience.
Project Manger, GSA-TSD $72,654.40 - $89,939.20 annually
