Project Development Assistant

TreeVestors, Inc. is an environmental investment brokerage firm based in Southern California.

Position Overview: 

Seeking a home-based summer intern.

Responsibilities:

• All work to be done from home
• Read and summarize market reports
• Create basic charts to be used in Powerpoint presentations
• Conduct intensive online research

Committment:

Selected interns must commit up to 15 hours per week, divided in a mutually agreeable way. Interns must also commit to at least 3 conference calls per week with TreeVestor staff members.

Qualifications:

• Rising Sophomore, Junior, or Senior at an accredited 4-year university/college
• Degree concentration in one of the following: Environmental Studies, Business, Finance, Law, Marketing, Communications, Research, or related fields
• Strong interest in the environment/socially responsible investment/corporate responsibility practices
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Own a computer with high speed internet and Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail, excellent follow-through, able to take directions telephonically/through email, able to work independently, strong writing skills
