Position Overview
WegoWise seeks a
full-time Project Assistant to assist
the Program Team with data entry, account setup for clients, data quality assurance,
and organizational tasks. The Program Team focuses largely on customers with
multifamily housing in Connecticut but set-up can span customers in a variety
of states.
Data accuracy is extremely important. Candidate must be detail oriented and should be comfortable working with large data sets, capable of keeping well-organized records, skilled at working with Excel, and able to readily learn new software.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities may include
registering online utility accounts, merging and formatting spreadsheets for
upload, performing manual data quality checks, and utilizing our app to assist
with account setup and modification. - You will be trained in the use of our product and expected to become highly knowledgeable about the platform.
- You will be expected to work well gathering data from a variety of sources and enjoy interacting with others to accomplish tasks.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Candidates
should have a bachelor’s degree. - Familiarity with utility data and reading
utility bills is a plus, but not required. - Candidates should be very
comfortable with web applications and productivity software like Excel, and Word
and be able to readily learn new software. - Familiarity with Macs is a plus.

should be highly organized, self-directed, and someone who easily learns and
adapts to new systems and evolving project needs. - Key motivations include

impact on the environment.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience. Position provides excellent benefits and vacation.
