Project Architect/Manager

Roesling Nakamura Terada Architects, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, intermediate Project Architect/Manager, who can manage a project from Schematic Design to Construction Administration Phase.

Position requirements include:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Strong organizational skills, clear communication, team player, and willing to take initiative.
• Strong experience and knowledge in AutoCAD with institutional projects.
• Revit preferred.
• Experience in LEED/CHPS. LEED accreditation preferred.
• California Licensed Architect preferred.
• Presentation skills.
