Program Director

Assist Executive Director in administration of a Youth Corps and job skills training program based in Tucson, Arizona.

Seeking highly motivated, organized visionary with Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience.

Duties include procuring and scheduling work projects, coordinating logistical needs of work projects, recruiting and hiring new staff, co-planning and co-facilitating crew leader trainings, and much more!

Must be committed to youth development and natural resource work. Previous experience with a Youth Corps preferred.

Pay based upon experience. Full time, year round position.
