Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant for a creative executive based in Bali Indonesia, who can travel and is highly flexible and spontaneous.

Position Overview:

The right person will manage the executive's time, scheduling and reminding him of who/what/when on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• You will organize and handle arrangements for the extensive travels and maintain his connections to the world.
• You will work with speakers' bureaus to set up speaking and presentation engagements marketing the individual's personality around the world in the fields of his expertise.
• You will research and develop contacts that will further the businesses of this individual. Entrepreneurial marketing skills are highly useful, as you will be expected to put forth and follow-up on ideas for marketing the products of the businesses.
• You will follow up and keep employer abreast of all deals, collaborations, and partnerships for businesses.

Qualifications: 

• We are seeking a PA who is intuitive and can anticipate and solve issues, saving employer time and energy.
• This job requires sound health and fitness.
• You will be mentored in the employers various fields of expertise and need to be able to receive this feedback.
• Experience in managing at this level so that you know how to get things done in employer's name.
• We are looking for a person who is smart, fast and can keep 16 balls in the air at a time. Legal or architecture experience is a plus as well as a strong entraprenural foundation and experience.
• You must have a green lifestyle and be committed to being a change agent in the world of sustainable business and life.

Fluency in foreign languages is a plus, especially Bihasa Indonesian.

Compensation: Salary commensurate with your experience and skills starting at $60K - $100K a year with higher potential once value is established. Package Includes some benefits to be negotiated.
