$16.98 - $17.82/hr
June 17-24 to August 31

(up to 2.5 months temporary assignment)

The Ministry of Natural Resources, Aurora District Area (the City of
Toronto and Durham and York Regions) is seeking a highly motivated and
team oriented individual to provide supervision, leadership and motivation
of young people in a natural resource environment. The work involves
strenuous tasks, including walking long distances over rough terrain, as
well as exposure to adverse weather conditions and insect bites/stings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Knowledge of and experience in staff supervision.

* Knowledge of group dynamics and team building.

* Knowledge and understanding of ecological sustainability
principles and practices.

* Knowledge of personal computers/software, including word
processing and electronic mail.

* Ability to create a stimulating work environment for Ontario
Stewardship Rangers.

* Must possess a valid drivers license and hold current First Aid
certification.
