Description

~ APS BioGroup is the largest supplier of colostrum products in the world, a respected contract manufacturer of health products, and a producer of propriety and pattened colostrum-based products. ~ 

Position Overview 

APS Biogroup is seeking a Nutraceutical Sales Manager, who will be responsible for devloping contract manufacturing, and private label sales, in the United States. This position will report directly to the president of the company. 

Responsibilities 

  • Identifies and develops North American business sales opportunities.
  • Maintains long-term relationships with existing clients and assists with new product development.
  • Develops new opportunities with domestic business-to-business clients. 
  • Meets, or exceed, business sales goals.
  • Prepares, and delivers, sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
  • Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
  • Uses initiative to source/prospect new clients. This includes following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations.
  • Attends any conferences, trade shows, and functions where the promotion of the company's products is possible.
  • No direct or indirect reports. 

Qualifications 

Minimum Experience Required: 

  • 5-7 years  

Skills: 

  • College Degree a Plus
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet, or exceed, goals.
  • Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with good time management skills.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • FDA compliance and regulatory knowledge a plus.
