Natural Products Broker, Territory Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking positive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Natural Products Broker, Territory Managers to help service our retail accounts in the following regions:

• Northern CA (East Bay)
• Rocky Mountain
• Mid-Atlantic
• Midwest

Responsibilities

• Represent our brands in stores with merchandising: Improving the product mix, improving shelf placement, building displays, restocking inventory.
• Introduce new products from our brands to chain and independently owned natural foods stores.
• Develop positive and trusting relationships with all principal clients.
• Proactively support retailers, distributors, and principals with resets (sometimes will require overnights), store openings, trade shows.
• Be aware of and report on efforts by competitors of our principals: new items, new pricing, new packaging, etc.
• Audit stores to maintain a record of new and existing placement.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Natural food/retail and merchandising experience strongly preferred
• Willing and able to travel frequently (reliable transportation required)
• Willing and able to work flexible hours (overnights/early mornings)
• Positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Skilled in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi-task
• Interest in organic food and products
