NABCEP Certified Lead Installer

Lighthouse Solar is an industry leader in solar system design and installation. We provide a total solar solution for residential and commercial customers including system design, financing, and data monitoring.

The Lead Installer reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for all aspects of system installation.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of Photovoltaic Systems: Perform PV installations according to the standards set by Lighthouse Solar. Maintain the highest level of professionalism, accuracy and customer service standards in the field.
• Crew Management: The Hiring, training and management of PV installers. Responsible that all safety procedures are being followed and that quality of installation work is at top level.
• Job Scheduling and coordination: Co-ordinate with Technical Sales Engineers(TSE)/ Sales Advisors to schedule installations. Co-ordinate with Sales Advisors to schedule and attend inspections. Confirm complete understanding of job package and system design with TSE and Sales Advisors. Confirm understanding of one-line or schematic design. Communicate all change orders and billing requirements to Sales Administrator. Confirm all job materials are prepared for job per system design and Sales Order.

Qualifications:

• NABCEP Certified (Required)
• 2+ years experience with solar installation
• Candidates should also possess a working knowledge of 2008 NEC, Uniform Building Code and OSHA safety standards
