Position Overview
Primary responsibility for the identification, training, coordination, and dispatch of GEC's subcontractors or in-house field crews for the installation of meteorological towers. This position will focus on crews for the installation and maintenance of tilt-up towers.
Includes identifying the need for new crews in areas of significant wind activity, developing internal processes to ensure the crews are appropriately trained and in compliance with safety requirements, and providing input on costs and availability for proposals.
Also includes working closely with GEC's logistics coordinators and data group to respond to problems in a timely and cost-effective manner, and being pro-active in identifying needs and developing innovative approaches to meeting the expected growth in this area of business.
This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, experience and knowledge of NRG Systems equipment, and good people skills.
