Position Overview:
Lotus Technical Services USA seeks the services of a Mechanical Engineer with LEED AP BD&C certification and experience. The purpose of this position is to manage and execute the start up and hand over of Mechanical Systems for a new green field Semi Conductor Manufacturing Facility.
Responsibilities:
- Review Owner Project Requirements and the Basis of Design documents to develop Functional Acceptance documentation and procedures
- Verify the correct installation of mechanical systems per design documentation and drawings
- Develop Commissioning Plan and Procedures in accordance with the LEED requirements for Fundamental Commissioning
Qualifications:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ plus years experience in Construction of Office/manufacturing Space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- LEED AP BD&C
Compensation: $90,000
