The Accokeek Foundation, a 501c(3) non-profit organization operating on a national park in Prince George's County, Maryland, is seeking an enthusiastic, career-focused individual with a love of their natural environment, food and farming, and making connections with people to their food and how it is grown.
Position Overview:
The Volunteer Maryland Coordinator is a highly competitive position available through the Volunteer Maryland AmeriCorps program, and will be responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable volunteer program for the Ecosystem Farm, a certified organic demonstration farm operated by the Accokeek Foundation at Piscataway Park.
