Position Overview
We are looking for a Candidate that will be responsible for primarily coordination and communications for the marketing functions below. The purpose of the role is to create creative content, compelling collateral and effective marketing communications. The position is responsible for executing the areas of the corporate marketing plan listed below. Managerial duties include maintaining calendars, planning, regular reporting, and keeping outside agencies on task.

Copywriting:
- Quickly develop style, voice and tone for products and all marketing support
- Product USP’s and position are clearly and communicated to our demographics
- Create and coordinate copy with outside agency
- Responsible for proofing
Social Media:
- Execute social media plan by managing, scheduling and creating content
- Create performance summaries in reports and regular Creative Services meetings
Education & Collateral:
- Manage list of collateral improvements and preparations for sales meetings, trade shows, and product launches
- Manage and create materials for ad, social, PR, education, and collateral
Sales Support:
- Prepare presentations for sales meetings
- Ensure that all presentations routinely updated—i.e. new products, featured press, distribution
- Create Product Sell Sheets and work in tandem with Sales Operations Manager
- Create A+ Pages on Key Ecommerce Accounts (Amazon.com)
- Maintaining and updating product image library
- Work with Sales Operations to control MAP
New Product Development:
- Manage artwork and copy process for new product intros.
- Manage all marketing related functions of new product timeline process
- Analyze syndicated data and other sources to identify trends in the industry
Advertising:
- Execute advertising plan by managing advertising calendar, ad focus, and insertion orders
- Create optimized copy based on advertising principles and objectives defined by marketing plan
PR:
- Work with outside PR agencies managing the product focus, messaging and sample coordination
- Create performance summaries in reports and regular Creative Services meetings
Marketing Communications:
- Execute Email Marketing Plan
- Regularly Update Email Distribution Lists
- Create newsletters that communicate new products, promotions, social media, featured press
Website/Content:
- Maintain active blog posts on our websites by creating content marketing and thought leadership
- Product USP’s and position are clearly and communicated to our demographics
Qualifications
Systems Knowledge:
- Miscrosoft Word, Excel, PPT
- Knowledge of Google Analytics
- Knowledge of HTML/javascript
- Ability to work with a CRM tool
- Background in marketing automation
