We are a national environmental organization in the Washington, DC area seeking a mid-level Marketing and Communications Specialist.
Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the position would be to increase our national impact through media engagement, leveraging our partnerships, and strategic web content.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a creative individual who has a proven track record in the following areas: media relations, business marketing, strategic communications planning, campaign outreach and clear, concise, effective writing. The ideal candidate can think on their feet, communicate persuasively, and is equally effective writing web content, a press release, or a proposal. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and taking lead responsibility on projects.
