We seek individuals who take ownership of their work and desire involvement in all aspects of our projects.
Description:
Highly skilled licensed Architect with a minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in all project phases to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead multi-disciplined teams through all phases of projects including business development, contract/fee negotiations, design and documentation, and construction phase services.
- Foster innovation in construction technology and sustainable applications.
- Mentoring of junior staff.
- Develop and maintain strong client relations.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading design teams for architectural, interior design and master planning projects.
- Excellent organizational, management and communication skills.
- Strong writing/editing skills.
- Experience with steel and concrete construction.
- Experience with regulatory processes.
- Ability to write/edit project specifications.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- LEED Accreditation
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Experience in Oregon or the Northwest Region is a plus.
