Position Overview:
Our firm, a top tier sustainable building consulting firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated candidate with a background in architecture, engineering or related technical or management field who also is a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) or LEED Green Associate (GA) and who:
- is motivated to help contribute to the growth of the company;
- has the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks -- previous project management experience is preferred (1-2 years minimum)
- has strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); ability to write comprehensive analytical reports regarding LEED programs
- is an energetic architect, engineer or technical individual with experience in LEED Compliance and is a LEED Accredited Professional or Green Associate;
- knowledge of architectural and mechanical systems are a plus
- has strong computer skills including but not limited to: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) etc.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will manage LEED projects, and will manage new accounts and assist with marketing and sales efforts in the city and throughout the North East. Some travel may be required. You must be outgoing, professional and confident to navigate the LEED process with our clients, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
