Land Acquisition/Leasing Specialist

Position Overview: 

We are looking for highly qualified and talented resources to add a Land Acquisition/Leasing Specialist to our team.

Responsibilities:

The Land Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the following duties (not an exhaustive list):

• Research general landowner information and title research as directed.
• Negotiating lease agreements, easements, and other required real estate agreements with property owners.
• Process new leases, contracts, and drafts.
• Conducts landowner meetings as directed.

Qualifications:

• Leasing and negotiating experience in the wind, solar, wireless telecom, oil & gas, or pipeline right-of-way industries.
• Working knowledge of deed/ownership research within courthouses.
• Minimum 2 years Landman or Site Acquisition experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, problem solver who can work without direct supervision.
• Real Estate Sales or Broker's License
• Or equivalent combination of experience required

Compensation: $56,000.00 - $78,000.00 (Yearly Salary)

Job Duration: 6-12 Months
