Junior Job Captain, Retail Implementation Projects

Bergmeyer is an award-winning architecture and interior design firm dedicated to providing excellent design, leading edge sustainable thinking, and superior service for our retail, restaurant, housing, workplace, and academic clients.  We're located on the Boston waterfront and dedicated to providing a rewarding environment for our 50 person staff. 

We are looking for a Junior level Job Captain to work on retail projects for several of our national clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct existing conditions surveys and accessibility reviews
• Create design development and construction document packages with project team and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Perform construction phase services
• Coordinate LEED documentation with our in-house Sustainability Manager

Qualifications:

• Intermediate-level construction documentation skills
• Experience with fast paced, technical projects
• Strong organizational skills
• Professional degree in architecture or Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture
• On the path to Licensure and LEED AP status
• Proficiency with Revit a must
• 1-3 years of relevant experience with retail experience preferred
