Intermediate Contaminant Hydrogeologist

Duties
The position involves:

• planning and managing the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites
• managing Phase 2 and Phase 3 investigations of sites
• design of remedial systems
• contaminant transport and fate prediction

Qualifications:

• The successful candidate will have 5 years experience planning, conducting and managing contaminated site assessments and remediation, with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in hydrogeology.
• Experience and knowledge in the interpretation of groundwater flow and contaminant fate and transport as well as analytical and numerical modeling is necessary.
• Strong writing and communication skills are also important.
• Business development experience would be an asset in the position.

Terms:

Salary $30.00/hour
