Inside Sales Representative

Novus Media Today, a young and dynamic digital publishing company is seeking a results driven inside sales representative who possesses excellent communications and interpersonal skills to help us grow our exciting and extraordinary online products.

Novus Media Today is an integrated media company, a leading provider of specialized technical business to business news and information, focused primarily on the solar and photonic sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Selling online and advertising for the green technical sector
• Prospecting and pitching leads through cold calling
• Following up on leads via email and telephone
• Attaining sales equal to or exceeding specified goals
• Maintaining all accounts in database

Qualifications:

• Proven history of successfully performing similar phone sales role in an online media company
• Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and outstanding organizational time management skills
• Natural ability to develop instant rapport with customers via telephone; excellent communications skills
• Must be comfortable cold calling on no less than 35 accounts daily
• Effective negotiating skills to close orders
• Ability to manage basic/intermediate computer skills
• Excellent telephone manner
