Position Overview:
As our Inside Sales Manager, located in downtown Boston, you will support EnerNOC's team of world class Business Development Associates in selling our technology-enabled Demand Response solution. We are a fast growing company in a dynamic industry, and you are an experienced sales manager with fresh perspective to lead our Inside Sales team.

Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Manager, your primary objective will be to support the expansion of our successful inside sales team and drive the achievement of its weekly and quarterly goals. Your significant experience managing sales representatives, providing mentorship and conducting performance reviews will enable you to motivate and focus team members, helping them overcome any obstacles they encounter and mediating any personnel issues.
Qualifications:
Along with management experience, you possess interviewing and hiring expertise which will ensure that every new addition brings the same level of quality and value to our already first-rate team. Your open-mindedness and inquisitive nature will allow you to evaluate what differentiates our model from a typical "inside sales job" and develop fresh, innovative ideas on how to continually enhance this model. You aren't just a thinker; you are a doer, eager to roll up your sleeves and implement the solutions you devise. Your excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to cold calling will be integral to your success.
You are no stranger to Customer Relationship Management software, which will be critical to building dashboards/running reports to analyze sales metrics. You are a fast learner and comfortable with new technologies, which will be key to comprehending and selling our Demand Response business. Prior experience designing and delivering training and/or analyzing and improving operational procedures in sales would make you an invaluable addition to our growing team.
