Greener Museums is a sustainability start-up company that serves museums and the cultural sector. We work with museums of all kinds and sizes, all over the world, to help accelerate progress towards sustainability.
Position Overview:
We are now looking for several interns to help with the following tasks:
- track green trends and write summaries
- monitor and analyze green legislation and policy
- conduct research and write articles for a general (museums)audience
Greener Museums tracks and reports on sustainability trends that could impact museums and the cultural sector. No knowledge of museums is necessary, but an interest in museums is helpful. You must have some background in sustainability (this can include your current studies).
Qualifications:
Applicants must demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- the ability to work independently
- excellent time management skills
- self-starter, eager to bring your own ideas to the table
- critical thinking, research and analysis skills
- excellent writing skills-- the ability to convey complex messages to a general audience is absolutely critical
- commitment to complete assignments on time
- commitment to attend virtual team meetings
Our business is virtual thus we are able to work with interns anywhere in the world. This is a part time unpaid role.
