RenewAge Energy Solutions is an energy and water efficiency consulting and contracting company in Southern California. We are currently seeking qualified Inside/Outside Sales Executives for Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Ventura County, and San Diego.
From audit to installation, RenewAge Energy Solutions consults with commercial, industrial, retail, hotel and multi-family property managers & owners on how to reduce their energy bills and improve their bottom line by applying energy cost reduction measures. We advise retrofits that have quick paybacks utilizing Utility Company and State Incentives. All projects can be financed internally at zero to little up-front cost, paying out of a portion of their energy bill savings.
Responsibilities:
Scope of Work:
- Contact prospective clients & qualify interest in free energy audits. You will have a combination of cold calling, canvassing, generating referrals, and working prior or existing relationships.
- Meet clients in person to build relationships, introduce our services and present comprehensive reports from our free energy audits.
- Turn the identified opportunities into sales through our unmatched marketing and construction team.
- Ongoing fostering of relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Ongoing prospecting and building of pipeline.

Tools for Success:
- Internal financing terms. Zero to little up-front costs.
- Special rebate incentives funding 30%-100% of the project cost.
- Professionally prepared proposals and marketing material provided.
- Complete infrastructure including in-house installation crews.
- Unique relationships with the utility providers.
- Strong purchasing power with many direct vendors.
- High commissions paid on time, every time!
Qualifications:
- Seasoned sales experience in energy services and/or commercial/industrial/multi-family real estate settings preferred.
- Entrepreneurial with a very strong work ethic.
- Driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Comfortable and proven in cold call sales with large companies.
- Experience with CRM systems, Excel, Word, and Email.
- Ability to prospect & maintain client relationships.
Compensation: Top sales professionals in this position earn 10K plus per month, plus bonuses for benchmarks.
