We provide green energy solutions to communities in the Greater Boston Area. We perform full diagnostic energy audits and energy efficiency services to help people achieve a complete green energy solution for their home. Our entire team is committed to top quality customer service and achieving the goal of greening our communities. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. Position Overview:
Are you looking to make a difference while advancing your career? We are looking for motivated go-getters to join our dynamic campaign team. Starting in Lexington and surrounding towns we are knocking on every door we can to enroll people in the free energy audit and weatherization Mass Save program. No previous canvassing experience is required and we will train you. As many as 85% of homes in Massachusetts are under-insulated, yet at the rate we're going statewide, we might green one in every 100 homes in a decade. We can and must do better.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate households to sign up for a free comprehensive energy audit and improvement for their homes.
- Schedule clients by phone for appointments, track their information, and process rebate forms and applications.
- Represent the campaign and engage homeowners at special events and activities.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about saving energy and the environment
- Highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic, self-driven
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Previous successful outreach, sales or marketing experience a plus
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications a plus
Compensation: $10-20/hour plus attractive bonuses
Hours: 10-40 / week
