Responsibilities:
- Candidates will be responsible for a variety of project tasks for ongoing ecological, environmental, and engineering projects. Responsibilities will include study design, field sampling, data analysis, report preparation, editing and writing, as well as assisting with client meetings and the development of technical presentations.
- Responsibilities will also include miscellaneous administrative duties, technical development and marketing support to other divisions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Qualifications:
- M.S. Degree in Fisheries Ecology, Aquatic Ecology or Environmental Science is required.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience with design and implementation of fish sampling programs.
- Working knowledge of fish sampling gear, such as electrofishing units, seines, traps etc..
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills with technical analysis software, experience with data analysis, statistical packages, data presentation and scientific presentations.
