Field Team Leader (16 Positions)

Position Overview: 

The Field Team Leader position is often described as the hardest job you'll ever love. It requires the ability to work well with people, the aptitude to learn and teach new skills and the willingness to put the needs of others ahead of your own. The Mt. Adams Center employs the co-leader model with 2 leaders on every 6 person team. Leaders are responsible for creating a strong and collaborative that can complete trail projects in a safe and efficient manner.
