We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO. The interested candidate is expected to possess excellent written/communication skills and have a professional appearance. Responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, expense reporting, document filing and making travel plans (general office support as time will allow). The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and contribute to the ‘team' atmosphere. Candidates with experience working in consulting firms, law firms, or other professional services businesses are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Must be proficient in a Mac platform, knowing Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Keynote
- Pleasant phone manner
- Excellent attention to detail and professional demeanor
Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefit package with health insurance is provided.
