Position Overview
CEE is seeking an organized, service-minded, and personable individual for the position of Executive and Member Services Assistant. This person will report to the Executive Director and will be instrumental in managing the processes to effectively engage CEE's member organizations. Primary duties include support of member recruitment, administrative support for Board Committee work, and schedule management. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional communication talents.
Responsibilities
- Manage Executive Director's schedule and calendar
- Support Executive Director in member recruiting efforts
- Maintain member contact information within CRM system
- Work effectively with the other internal functions, systems and processes of the organization to meet organizational service objectives to members
- Provide member support, including: ownership of the member orientation process, fielding inbound member inquiries related to CEE services, capturing member intelligence, and enhancing member engagement and satisfaction
- Administrative support for committees of the Board of Directors
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a business administration, library science or service related field and work experience in a professional setting
- Attention to detail is a must
- Outstanding written and oral communications
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office software
- Experience with database management and process/project management software, a plus
- Experience with client management approaches and customer satisfaction survey techniques, a plus
- Ability to manage personal workload across multiple projects
- Potential to travel to two domestic meetings per year
