Position Overview:
Research, compile, and analyze evidence that identifies potentially responsible parties (PRPs) at hazardous waste sites. After researching multiple evidence sources, then distill and summarize pertinent information from these sources in reports for EPA.

Qualifications:
Candidate Requirements:
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Understanding of relevant information sources
- Attention to detail and documentation
- Eager to learn and interested in the subject matter
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements
- Title experience, graphics/publishing work or public outreach a plus
- Familiarity with environmental law (particularly Superfund), corporate law, and real estate law a plus
Minimum Education and Experience:
Paralegal certificate or bachelor of arts/science degree and 1 - 2 years of research and writing experience in at least one of the work areas above.
