Position Overview:

The Group/Program Manager is responsible for acquiring new business within Aarcher's core service areas, managing staff and projects, working directly on projects, and developing client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and growth-oriented professional to take on a significant new leadership challenge.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in environmental consulting
  • Appropriate education. Relevant master's degree and professional certifications/licensing preferred but not required
  • Project and task management experience
  • Staff management experience
  • Experience preparing technical and cost proposals
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Experience with Federal contracting and environmental programs

Successful candidate will have some or all of the following technical skills/experience:

  • Environmental compliance auditing
  • SPCC/SWPPP plan development and compliance
  • ISO 14001 Implementation
  • Environmental Training
  • NEPA
  • Wetland/Biological
  • Phase I ESA
