San Francisco environmental consulting firm is seeking a senior-level environmental specialist to support ongoing and future DoD environmental planning projects and/or energy and pipeline development projects located in the western U.S. and worldwide. Experience in NEPA/CEQA impact analysis, project permitting and agency consultation is desired. Business development and strategic planning experience is a plus. Bachelor degree in environmental planning or related discipline required. Qualified candidates will be enthusiastic self-starters who have excellent communication and technical writing skills; the ability to lead and mentor less experienced staff; and able to handle multiple deadlines and produce high-quality work under tight schedules.
