Position Overview

Green energy is a growing industry and this is a great entry level position that allows room for growth. The Enrollment Specialist position supports interested customers by promotion, handling questions, and doing follow ups with the purpose of enrolling them into green energy rate plans that work best for them! 

Massachusetts is promoting solar farms and this is a great opportunity for agents, as there is guaranteed savings and easy enrollment options for customers. We work within all channels of ENERGY| solar farms, solar roof top and energy choice.

  • Typical hours: Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages assigned customer relationships and their business' energy costs
  • Strives to meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets
  • Maintains a pipeline of qualified opportunities to support quarterly and annual goals
  • Working/Following-up on assigned and new leads from Marketing team and other sources
  • Obtain understanding of Company products and services, competitive intelligence, industry information and market trends
  • Advises clients of current and anticipated market trends

  • Exceptional listening and communication skills (phone, email, and in person)

  • Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated

Compensation

  • Salary is up to $2,500.00 per week.
